Founded in 1991, Hire Ethics has provided quality and professional services
for individual clients, high school districts, universities and various
companies / organizations.
Hire Ethics was originally created to provide career & employment related
service for underrepresented college students and student-athletes. We
recognized that these college students were completing their education and still
lacked the skills to obtain employment. Hire Ethics became that bridge
between education and employment. After a few years in business, we realized
that other populations were also lacking these same skills.
Hire Ethics was the first company to provide career services and career counselors to universities via their seamless integration and operation.
The Founder, Gregg Simmons has over 25 years of experience in the career counseling and human resources profession. He holds a graduate degree in Counseling from San Diego State University and a bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
Hire Ethics continues to expand and grow over the years.
